Home Sweet Home painted plaque

This oval solid wood plaque is 21cm wide, 9cm high and 13mm thick and painted in chocolate paint. It has the words "Home Sweet Home" added and a pink heart embellishment. Different colour embellishments are available - please just let us know your preference in the special instructions box during checkout.
