Personalisation

Please feel free to contact us with your own personalisation ideas. Many of the products displayed can be altered to contain your own messages.

However, any orders which contain offensive or 'bad' language will be refunded.

Expected Dispatch Times

Except for the House Signs which require 14 days to make items are ready to be dispatched usually dispatched within 5 working days (i.e. excluding Saturday and Sunday). In the event that this target is not feasible you will be advised immediately with the expected dispatch date. At busy times an expected date for dispatch is likely to be variable and will be detailed on all pages in the box entitled "Current Expected Dispatch Times".

Please contact Samigail’s Handmade Personalised Gifts in advance if any order is extremely urgent and we will advise whether an urgent deadline can be met. We do our utmost to accommodate urgent deadlines.

Upon payment work will commence on your order. All items are handmade to order.

Delivery

Items are sent by first class or standard parcels Royal Mail post.

Generally most plaques and gifts are sent first class post and the larger bulky items are sent standard parcels.

Prices are based on weight, with most individual plaques falling within the £1 or £1.50 brackets

Delivery charges include the post fee as well as a small amount for packaging:-

Customer Services & Refunds

Our aim is to provide a friendly, efficient, top rate service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact Fiona Morris by email (click here) to discuss any issues. If necessary return details can be provided at that stage. For non-personalised gifts refunds will be processed upon safe receipt of the item back to Samigail’s Handmade Personalised Gifts. The item must be returned in its original condition, within 14 days. We cannot refund postage charges.

Refunds cannot be processed for personalised made to order gifts.
